We are an award-winning small developer based in Easingwold, north of York. We have been creating small scale, high quality developments since 2001, focussing on properties which sit well in their rural context. Working in the market towns and villages of North Yorkshire, we aim to bring individuality and honesty to all of our work.

Quality

Our building products are as natural as the Yorkshire landscape, ensuring our homes captivate from the first impression with limestone walling stone, natural clay and slate tiles and beautifully crafted windows and doors in sympathetic paint colours. This idyllic image of the traditional rural home is completed by sandstone-flagged surroundings and hand-made brick or natural stone walls.
